Its simple. If the what this guys writes is true, players would get 14 day bans for making the same jokes in game that riot does during meetings/conferences. While riot wants to have an "edgy" and "cool" culture, they want us players not to type anything that could remotely be offensive. Maybe riot needs a bot to monitor their meetings notes......
the point of the punishment system is to remove players that cause other people to quit the game.
when 1 person is causing multiple games to be unfun, they are potentially causing multiple people to quit the game, and therefore are costing Riot more than they're contributing.

Lul I got a 14 day suspension for making a joke that 5-7 other players joined in on the rest of the match. It was racial because we had a black champion in the game, but this 1 Donut eating fuck apparently got upset about the roleplay so I got punished for it.
RIP: Don't make jokes in a childrens game.
