What to do with deliberate trolls?
I just had a game with someone who demanded my position and when i declined, he banned my champ and ruined my game. What can you do when you dont want to take a dodge timer but get people like this?

How'd he ruin your game? Besides banning your champ?
If you aren't willing to dodge then it probably isn't a big deal to you anyway. Otherwise you just have to play through the game and reque.
Actually the best solution if it's ranked and he banned your champ for trolling you is to dodge ^^ I won't explain it here but you'll gain LP by dodging those games, have a look at this video.
Then use the time you have to watch a youtube video, play a game on a smurf account, something like that. Really i'd dodge every game when something like that happens, yeah you'll loose 3LP and wait 5minutes, but it's better than ruining 30 minutes in a game with a dude trolling and loosing even more LP in the end.
Play the game, let him troll and report him after so he can get punished.
