I have a feeling this is either a glitch where the system is not including all chat in the reform card, or if for some reason there's an issue displaying in-game chat.
Submit a support ticket.
They did stated that "ggez" is considered bad sportsmanship & is still punishable.
Hmm.. that's the 2nd case like this today.
I wonder if there is a glitch in the system of not showing proper in-game logs.
