"Sabotage" should be a report feature

The worst kind of players are the ones that misplay intentionally at a crucial moment or just take a back seat as they watch their team crumble in an act of spite. The current system cant catch these guys as they are not feeding ,they play normal until they find they find the right moment to troll you. People who rage at these players get punished, These players should too
