Thoughts on naming @Tantram

So I realize this is incredibly subjective on a handful of experiences, but I would really appreciate some clarification on Riot's thoughts on player and clan names. I feel that recently I've seen an increase in Racist Names that use Nacist Rames to avoid auto detection and I'm puzzled why that isn't thrown out. I've also seen many clan tags that fit in the same category. Is the idea that the community will report it so auto detection is unnecessary? If so, please have report name be a pre-game option, as I frequently forget to report a name after a hard fought game. I think it would be a good thing for the community to see an update on what Riot expects from the naming system. Should we all have LCS broadcast appropriate names? Or is Poopfeast420 (I love you Artosis!) acceptable?
