Permanently banned after 9 months of reforming.

I was recently permanently banned from League of Legends because about 9 months ago (I submitted a ticket to riot asking for details about my punishment 9 months ago) and they told me I'd be permabanned unless I reformed from toxic behavior. I'm not gonna lie, I was very toxic in 1 of the 3 games they showed me but the other 2 not so much. I started earning hextech rewards again THAT DAY, I never received an email explaining why I'd been permanently banned, and really riot? I haven't gotten so much as a report warning in 9 months of playing and I sure as hell haven't been toxic, I made sure to watch myself, I went on a loss streak and started flaming an 0/6 riven top who blamed me for every single one of her deaths, I agree it was wrong, but you permaban me when I haven't gotten as much as a report warning in 9 months?? How long does it take to reform?? I started earning hextech rewards again, but I think this was a little out of the blue and unnecessary to say the least.. I submitted a ticket over 24 hours ago explaining my punishment and nobody has responded yet.. this is so unnecessary. It's not like I was racist at all, said anything about real life, told them to kill themselves, the only things I said were about the game itself and immediately banned?
