Questions about report system and support sytem

Hello everyone,

I have been playing LOL for a few months now. Used to be a DOTA 2 player and its a nice change. Now Dota 2 and LOL have a obviously flawed reporting system. What happened just 20 minutes ago in a game has actually caused me to come on here and write this. So lets get to it.

I know I can't put names on here. Which kinda defeats the point of a player behavior forum, but I digress.

So the match goes okay and we lost. No biggy. I upset the jax on the other team by swallowing him a few times. Mind you I NEVER SAID A WORD DURING THIS MATCH.

When the match was over the Jax says, Report Tahm. I reply, for? The Caitlyn replies, Why? lol The pantheon replies, No penta, fuc$ing dyke, a$$hole The Jax then replies, for not giving a penta The pantheon replies, %%%%%%<------he uses the N word The Jax replies, Nerd

They all reported me and I got a pop up saying I was reported for verbal abuse even though I had not said a word during the match and only said for? When they said they were going to report me for not giving up a penta when the game was about over and they were at our base and had killed all the other members of my team and i ran into fountain.

Now I reported them back, but we all know that if not enough people report them then they don't get the pop up like I did. So I am wondering why this kind of thing is allowed in your system? I mean I know why, but I would like to see the bs answer I get in response to this since I know I am not the only person who has been gang reported for no reason and the people who reported them were toxic and crazy and abusive. The fact that this is even allowed shows a lot about how bad these systems are. I know, I know, the whole false reporting thing will get people banned. Well I have never heard of anyone actually getting banned or a warning for wrongfully reporting someone. How could they? How could your system possibly know when someone is falsely accusing someone else? It doesn't. You can say it does, but we aren't that stupid.

Further more I came on here to see about being able to send in the screen shot I have of these people and their names to a email of RIOTS so that they can be properly banned for such abusive behavior and breaking reporting policies and etc. But I see that you guys only give us this---->https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

I am sorry, but where in the selections does it say report a player? It doesn't. The choices you have are.

Please feel free to explain to me and others why there isn't a selection for reporting players. Since there isn't one why do you send us on a wild goose chase to this support section that has nothing to do with us trying to report someone?

Let's face facts. You guys put in a report system so you wouldn't have to spend the man hours and man power to go through 1 million reports each day and actually figure out who deserves them and who doesn't. It wouldn't be cost effective. So instead you let abusive people report the innocent people and they completely get away with it. Is there anyway you guys can actually change this system for good? How about giving everyone only 1 report for abusive behavior a day. One through three a day. Make it so that it works based on how many people have reported that person over time and not just in one game. So if 5 people report me in one game I shouldn't get told I have been hit for verbal abuse. It should be based on multiple games and more than just 5 people reporting me that day. This would help weed out the false reports. If you get reported 20 times in the day then you probably are a abusive person because everyone only gets one through three reports a day. If the person if found guilty of what you reported them for then you get back that report to use it again. So if i report someone when I have three reports it will go down to two. But if that person is reported enough then I get that report back to use on someone else. I think DOTA 2 is doing something along these lines now.

Do you guys actually have a real email address for us to send screenshots and evidence about abusive/toxic players? Not that Support link either. I mean a real one where there is actually someone from RIOT who will look at it and ban those people because the evidence shows the truth of what happened and expunge my record of the bad and false reports made against me? If so please provide it. If not please tell everyone here the truth that there isn't a reporting system other than the in game one.
