How to Report Someone for harassment in the Launcher?
I just had a player harass me in the launcher window. I told him he confused me for someone else but he kept at it. Is there a way to report this player to Riot?

The Launcher is the part before you log into the game (where it patches). You mean the client. Anyway, you can screenshot and report them through a Support Ticket; just use the I have a question > Game & Features > General Questions category.
However, I suggest simply blocking them if they are only being annoying.
