Emails

I did not get punished and am not trying to discuss a punishment.

Has anyone else seen that people seem to not get emails after they're punished? I've had multiple friends who've gotten from chat logs to permanent bans who I trust (and who would have no reason to lie about it) say they've never once received an e-mail after they've gotten punished.

Is Riot aware of this? Is it a some do some don't thing? Is it glitching out repeatedly?
