SOMEONE FEEDING ALMOST EVERY GAME, WHY ARE REPORTS DOING NOTHING?

I feel like almost every single round of the last hundred rounds I’ve played, someone is intentional feeding. Or dying relentlessly while maintaining, “I’m tryin my best.” Regardless of it being intentional or not, feeding is definitely becoming a bigger problem. Why is reporting these people leading to little or no punishment? I can’t imagine I’m the only person reporting these feeders, so how come they are so frequently on my team and continuing to do what they are doing? Could you guys please create harsher punishments for feeders? Or would it possible for you guys at Riot to somehow red flag these people who are getting reported for feeding, then they could join into red flag queues with other feeders, and they could just have fun doing their feeding thing together or whatever the heck they get out of it. Another idea that comes to mind, and this could clear up intentional or unintentional feeding, would be that if someone is frequently reported for feeding, they are FORCED to play out 100 games against Bots (or 20, or 50, or however many). That way, if it was intentional, they won’t be able to mess up other people’s games for at least 100 rounds, and if it really is unintentional feeding, well then these kids will be getting the practice they need to actually play on a level against real people. I know for a fact that playing against bots helps you learn the mechanics of individual characters, and also has helped me to become almost a pro level farmer (have gotten over 200 cs by 20 mins several times, and over 700 in an hr) so anyone who says “bots don’t help,” I don’t care that you think that, because they have in fact helped me. I’m sick of trying to take this game seriously and having someone on my team sabotages me almost every round. I’m sick of having hope for good team mates, and feeling powerless against my lane opponent who has 5 kills when I have 0 deaths. RIOT PLEASE FIND A BETTER WAY TO DEAL WITH FEEDERS! Its gotten to the point where I would literally rather be verbal abused by my entire team and have them playing well, then have a feeder.... Please fix this riot. I can at least mute a verbal abuses, but i can't make a feeder not feed.

anyone that speaks against riot gets downvoted. unless its that tyler1 post ahahah. people are just jerks. but Yea we know tons of feeders are playing. but the focus is on the toxic players atm. because for some strange reason. rito thinks, if we all just ignore the fact that some players are Butt , people will magically stop yelling at them :D [slayer-jinx-catface]

If someone feeds obviously they need help. Shut up and go gank for them. They are behind and the enemy is pressuring that. Ergo its a team vs 1 player being hung to dry. Be a team member.

You've crafted a draconian system for people who are still practicing. Sure, bots can help but after a point they just won't do much. They don't teach how to jungle, and you can't prepare for the ingenuity of an actual human being. In addition, IP gains are lower on bots. That means that you are forcing people from being able to earn free champs for long periods of time. 100 games?! That's insane. Even 20 games is cruel, forcing players that just need practice against real humans to slog through game after game to be able to actually earn things again.
