Please work on a more narrow list for what warrants verbals abuse and post it to the PUBLIC please

I litereally have no idea what warrants verbal abuse anymore RIOT, please work on your lists and update them.

I'm gonna go ahead and paste the chat log that got me banned from chat for 10 games:

To start off, the jungle ganks after i (as support) was running back from a base sesh, and the adc and jungle both die, as ahri is busy feeding mid Crammy Andlemin: why gank when i'm not there... (did not direct any verbal abuse at anyone) Crammy Andlemin: ff at 20 plz (ahri had died a 4th time in 5 mins, top was dying/losing, and after that gank bot, i didn't have much hope for these children, i even said please) Crammy Andlemin: not u ahri (ahri preceeds to think its a great time to gank, being down in farm and already having died 4 times after i pinged for help) Crammy Andlemin: farm (continues to run down the river) Crammy Andlemin: ur way behind (continues to run down the river) Crammy Andlemin: plz dont ahri (continues to run down the river) Crammy Andlemin: ur 0/4 (continues to run down the river) Crammy Andlemin: ur in no place to gank... (proceeds to run into bot lane while adc isn't there and i'm low health and no mana, and what a surprise, she dies!) Crammy Andlemin: reported... (i tell her i'm going to report her, for intentional feeding obviously, was that the verbal abuse??????????) Was playing janna support, and yes she is very good, but there is no way you can build her to carry (at least when team is that far behind). As in, if i had started morg or lux, i'd just start building ap and hitting harder, but that doesn't work so well on janna, especially when team is refusing to teamwork. Janna is very utility oriented, and is less about dmg, more about buffing your friendlies.

I never said anything mean to any specific person. So was it threatening to report someone for intentional feeding or my stating the fact that as a support i need my team to commit to plays and work as a team if they want my support that warranted verbal abuse??? Literally nothing i said was verbal abuse, and nothing I said was directed at any one person. Asking someone not to gank, or asking a team to work as a team, are in my opinion perfectly reasonable things to ask, I 100% guarantee that that ahri didn't get in trouble for intentional feeding. Could you guys make like a way way more specific guidelines on what warrants bans, because I'm struggling to find either of those specific things in your rules, and i totally just got banned for this, whatever "this" example of "verbal abuse" was. Or maybe you guys could be more specific about how this warranted a verbal abuse ban??????? Perhaps start being more punishing on these intentional feeders, i mean at least one person every round any more is intentional feeding. Not that I even verbally abused anyone in this round, but honestly the only time i'm rude to people is when they intentionally feed or go afk, maybe make it like a huge deal for feeding and get all those guys banned out then i wouldn't even have anything negative to say to anyone. I'd literally rather have 4 people on my team calling me a B@tch or telling me that i such, than have 4 people FEEDING. LIKE SERIOUSLY ANY TIME! I can mute people who abuse me ( which is what everyone should do, verbal abuse shouldn't even be a punishable offense) and problem solved, now i got great teammates who are kickin ass, but when it comes to feeding, I'm literally FORCED to play out these miserable games watching my team relentlessly die for 40+ mins because they refused to ff at 20 when they had already amassed a 10k gold deficit, and having 0 control over how the game is going. FEEDING IS 10X WORSE THEN VERBAL ABUSE. Please create a more harsh punishment for it and maybe create some auto-mute system for the sensitive kids, who felt "verbally abused" by me saying "work as a team" or "please dont gank."
