Can we do something about stopping Open Mid?

If someone afks or if you feel like the game is not doing so well, that doesn't mean you are allowed to open mid, open mid is for people who intentionally want to end a game faster without leaving the game for leaver buster, it is still 100% against the rules and we need to do something about it. You tank the team morale, comebacks can be possible, even 4 v 5s can be won, but by destroying every shred of team morale you make it impossible, it is NOT OK.

Just because Koreans do it with their different cultures of paying for their internet usage in cafes doesn't mean you are allowed to do it, there needs to be a report category for it because it is not ok to make a 4 v 5 into a 3 v 6 or worse.
