Behaviour System Question plox answer

Like i go on a ranked champ select what i see Summoner1:If you lose top u are reported What the heck dude let me play and stop pressuring me you know what is the issue tho i want a Rioter to answer on this post on this question If i do report them for flame Riot will ban my account instead of his because for example i said 1 random word on the chat whatever it is even a number BEFORE the ranked game i queued now or even on this one if he flame the entire chat and i say 1-2-3-GO something random guess who will get banned if he gets reported by 9? ME that i said 1-2-3-GO doesnt matter if there is chat on that chat log and you get x9 reports or x3 x4 you will get banned am i right? or im false and just too scared? plox a specialist answer this question cause i have improved alot and dont use the chat often and im scared to get banned permanetly like that thank you :((
