Do something about Unranked?

I never in my life played Ranked. However, I have test played Ranked StarCraft II because I was curious on how the difference is. Noticeably, tactics are hugely different. In league this is not the case. It appears as if "Unranked" games are considered the devil's playground concept. Where players decide to do whatever they want without much punishment.

With much respect, Riot has given players the option to make "Custom Games" and AI vs. Coop just for those kinds of purposes. However, the player base is taking this lightly. I usually go COop Vs Ai or Custom Games where it REALLY doesn't matter if you troll, grief, or anything. But any of the official games from Riot Selection should be taken to the full extent.

I personally enjoy that someone dodges the game in a Unranked lobby, because it either means they didn't get what they wanted, or they wanted a serious game without being judged about it. To me a Ranked game is competition, glory, celebrity, and popularity. I choose to be none of those, I don't want to be come a Pro Player, I just want a normal casual game with serious people. This is impossible in Unranked, and Ranked is too serious so If I screw up, I get reported just for the tiniest mistake...

My problem with League is the punishments are too damn low, and the rewards are just too damn high. Boost up the Dodging bans to 40 minutes or 1 hour. That is normally how long a good match lasts, and that should be the punishment for not taking the initiative to stay in the match you have been put in.

Also, fixing the normals from these player would be a great start.

dodgin bans with 40 minutes - 1 hour , really ? We can clearly see you never played Ranked. Being able to dodge games in ranked is crucial ...

I usually will create a custom game against bots the first time I play a champion. The next 10 or so at least games will be in normal before I ever consider taking a champion into a ranked match.

Normals are where I practice champions for rank; nothing wrong with that.
