Someone I played with often got permabanned and I really liked his name and he said I could have it, but apparently even if an account is permabanned, its still in active account. Is there something that can be done?
it probably still follows the rules for taking over names like for anyone else, you need to wait until the name is free to grab
after you wait the time, if he is level 30 it will take 2 years 6 months for the name to become available again
Rito USED TO do mass name change/sweep to inactive accounts (they changed them to some string of characters like wef232615321gass and gave the inactive accounts a free name change from that) so other people can grab the inactive names. The last time I remember they did this was back in season 4 or 5. I wonder why they don't do this anymore...
