I Truly think Player Mentality is dropping.

I have just played a game as a Eve JG against a Trynd JG. Trynd Rage quits at around 8 minutes for dying twice. Everything is going well. Then our Top Gragas gets ganked twice by a Fizz and decided that our team was trash and we will loose the game, because he was ganked twice and spent the next 30 minutes complaining how at 15 minutes he was ganked twice saying how those 2 kills Fed the teemo to the point he could no longer fight him at all. AFK for about 5 minutes in base while bitching. We lost that game, because he was just feeding the Teemo and anyone near him kills. While bragging since it will be his first offence he can handle 15 games Mute ban. Then just starts going off on everyone, not racists but just trying to tilt our team even more then he is doing.

How can people like this make it to lvl 30 without quitting the game if 2 ganks is enough for them to throw the game? He was a Gragas by the way.

#Primary reason: immaturity.

The average league player is a young male between the ages of 14 to mid 20s. The male brain is still developing well into late 20s.

These kids not only tend to have short attention spans (due to growing up in a globally connected and technologically dependent society), but tend to also lack basic social skills and emotional maturity. Throw in a mix of unstable "masculinity" with hormones coursing about, and you have a volatile recipe for disaster.

All of these issues combined makes for a mentally weak personality with little to no empathy for others, and the emotional fortitude of a wet napkin.

Notice with kids like this, it's never "the enemy laner is simply better", it's "you just suck";

Never "maybe I could have played that differently", always "you fucked up";

Never "how can I help/enable our team's weak link to pull their weight"; always "you're useless / Int feeder / go afk".

These are serious behavioral issues that plague the league community (and other gaming communities) due to the overwhelming mental and emotional immaturity that abounds. Coupled with a general pervasive sense of entitlement based on feelings of unfounded superiority and ego, and you have the average, toxicity prone league player in a grief-stricken nutshell.

It's called being tilted... If the Gragas lost 5 matches in a row or something he would probably give up after 2 ganks, especially in bronze or silver
