Banning system doesn't work at all
1 month pass and 11 days and a troll grief running into enemy and dying extremly fast after spawning time... , idk how Riot yet haven't develop such a tool ... to see stuffs which ain't normal , i lost ranked game and been insulted hard by that guy ... , is not a isolate case ,another guy who troll/grief mid ,going into enemy and suicide intentionally being toxic , haven't got banned too in about 28 days.... .
Lovely enviroment to play this game ... , if this is how Riot is doing them job , i don't even understand how someone can be 1000 more toxic than someone saying negative stuffs indirectly , not swearing/harming people/ or insulting them gameplay , as was my case i got permanent banned for that , and someone can stay very chill to troll/grief as long as he wish ... ,because i seen different games where he run same score behaviour.
This is how Riot cleans the game of toxic behaviour , while they have 0 tollerance for any negativity , they have full tollerance for anyone who troll/grief ,shame to them !!! , for punishing people who no deserve , and leaving the people who deserve more than anyone 14 days ban and permanent bans to play this game like nothing happen!.
I am very angry because of this discrepancy between players in front of justice system , which is ain't normal ,and been like this of 4-5 years ,time in which most of troll/grief gameplay been ignored and Riot only punish extremly easy without a good analys everyone for chat behaviour with punishments over and over again , even from non sense sometimes ,as long as the behaviour showed ,wasn't one with insults , i never understand why Riot got greedy to ban from saying "report x" or any kind of low negativity ... , is just not making sense to punish that , and to leave the bigest evil into this game 4-5 years Riot... , troll/grief is ain't even forbbiden , if we stay to analys how many people can do that and don't get caught and punished ,which deeply express the fact Riot , don't procced to provide every player a fair banning process ... , i am feeling extremly insulted to see this , because i seen like 40-50 players of troll/grief after i got a permanent ban for not swearing/not attacking someone real life personality with mean thinghs/neither them gameplay if it woulded be normal and very low... .
More than this , when your chances to unbann your account stays in support team assistance , which is not even spending time to read a long ticket , answering totally wrong messages ,closing your case , not providing you assistance even if you don't deserve the permanent ban ,then what can i say , i may not writing in short words what i have to say ,but i should really be assisted , not throwed away... after 8-9 years , i woulded expect a much more kind behaviour assistance , which is extremly lame coming from a game who been sharing so many incomes from players during those years... .
