Riot recently banned me incorrectly along with many others for suspected 3rd party programs usage. Glad to say that after a week they have fixed their mistake and unbanned my account, they even went so far as to give me 5 free chests. Pretty cool riot. Thanks to everyone who up-voted the issue to get more visibility.
Don't even think they deserve a thank you, I seen on the board multiple people saying the support didn't do shit help at all and did the usual robot reply. The only reason why Riot even did crap this time was because it was multiple people saying they were wrongly ban and it was getting attention from a lot of the community if not then they would had not give a crap and ignore the board.
It shows that Riot fked up and some how their support was trash to even help people who needed help, even though they corrected their mistake they should come out with a apology to people who were wrongly ban and seriously look into who they hire for support.
so what flagged, the program or w/e?
