If I can't have it back just delete it. It's pointless keeping it around if it's just there keeping space doing nothing. I really don't see why anybody should be blocked from a username/email etc from an account that is just outright inactive. Just feels like a waste of space.

If you want your account closed you can submit a support ticket.

The username will be available (forgot the timeframe)... the email... well... guess what, when Riot permabans you, they actually don't want you to make a new account.
