I've never been banned or chat restricted

Not saying I've never been toxic. I started playing back in season 2, shortly after they released . I used to rage in chat but that was in a time when the report/ban system was much more lax. I've changed since then and I thought I'd tell players in the midst of reforming, what I do to keep from raging.

I simply just hardly ever chat. I say about a max 3-4 phrases during a game. "Ty/Np" depending on if I'm leashing or being given a leash, "Gj" if I see a teammate get a kill/objective, and "gg" at the end of the game. Besides that there's nothing much to say in game that is essential. You can do everything else with a single ping. No matter how much an enemy or teammate tries to get under your skin just don't respond. I know it can be hard and maybe seem unfair but ultimately you have control over what you say and do.
