Tribunal Down for Maintenance

It feels like its been down for over a year now. Does anyone have any information about when it's gonna be up and running again? Or possibly a link to a thread about this topic, that I may have missed. I really liked going through multiple cases each day and judging if a players behavior was out of line or not. It made me feel more involved in helping the community, and it showed results on the cases you and the rest of the tribunal had reviewed.
