It's already been taken care of. No need for the ticket.
Riot doesn't do anything. This is just another showing of it.
Next time, remember that unless he's calling someone names, Riot doesn't care until you shove it in their face.
Because.... have you ever in your entire life played a game where you just got stomped by the opposing team? Ever been 1/8 but you were trying to win and it just didn't happen? Ever been camped by a jungler to the point where you eventually get dived? Ever get dived by 4 people that so happened to stop by top lane because your tower is the only outer tower left? Yea.

Submit a support ticket via Riot support website, and go to I have a question about league of legends, somewhere there's a general questions tab. Select that, send the screenshot of this summoner's account, and then don't pester them any more than that because they refuse to tell people if they've banned someone because of the ticket submission, and for good reason. If you knew how many players were getting in trouble because of your reports, you may feel a sense of power and that is not what riot is about, afaik
i once found a guy's match history who fed 134 ranked games in a row or something close to that before he finally got banned or stopped playing - more than 6 months after the start of the streak.
