Donger's base health regen is 8hp/s at level 18. That build gives Donger +925% base health regen. Spirit Visage Increases healing by 25%.

Donger's baseline health regen would equate to 82hp/s. With the Perseverance Mastery, it's 86hp/s, and 98hp/s below 25% health. Warmog's Heart grants an additional 175hp/s out of combat.
