So I found making a new account and leveling to 30 more enjoyable than waiting for 15 minute LB queues.

Riot kill the bots n trolls otherwise LB will still be a problem.

I don't know how many times I have had people state that they were going to feed in Champ select and continue to waste 20 minutes of my time.

hmm .. have you read one of the Ask Riot posts in the nexus? It mentions a thing or two about champ select trolls. Though it probably isn't the answer you are looking for.
