Honor System - Friends Playing in Unranked Draft
Who do you think friends are going to honor? The randoms out there who do well or their friends?

Also, is everybody Honor 5 now because of URF spam? Just curious if that's how.

Need 2 honor from premade to count as 1 from stranger. Honor and honor level are gained passively so no need to whine about premade honoring each other. You will gain honor lvl 3, 4, 5 over time even if you are never honored by anyone at all (just going to be slower). Not everyone is Honor 5. Those people just played more games and are more positive than most people regardless of game mode.
Riot is aware of premades honoring each other as abuse and has taken precautions within their system for honor exchange.
There are different kinds of premades out there. Some of them know that honoring premade team mate doesn't really help their honor, and some don't. Some even actively try to not honor their premade friends because that is not honorable. Please don't let your prejudice blind you.
