I have been struggling to prove my innocence to RITO but it seems like nothing is working and it's making me worried because I have had this account for a very long time and i don't want to see it gone for no reason. I just want to keep playing in my low elo.

Just keep being vocal man and try to prove your innocence I guess? I too was falsely banned a couple days ago and I will keep sending support tickets until I get my account back. I know I didn't cheat I shouldn't be punished for it.
in another discussion someone pointed out that finding out the difference between the banned users and the not banned users might help. I know I don't use curse so that wouldnt be it. I also don't have customs skins and I have been using the new client.
