I got permabanned?

I was wondering if there was a way to reverse or undo a permaban? Now before anyone says anything about me deserving the ban, read my post of me explain the circumstances of how I got banned first and then give me an answer please. Tldr at the bottom but please read the full story, even though it is long.

Full-story (Long, like really long) So basically, I was at school and my friend comes up to me and says "oi your account got perma-banned". Now I only play in the weekends so I don't really check or go on League during the weekday because of homework and stuff. So I got a giant shock, I went on my laptop and went on my e-mail and it said:

Hello Summoner,

Your account: ----------------------------------- was banned due to the use of malicious 3rd party programs or modifications to your League of Legends client. We believe that all players should play on equal footing in an effort to promote competitive sportsmanship. You should be aware that modifying your League of Legends client is against the Terms of Use: http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/legal/termsofuse. We hope you can see that it is unsatisfying to play against other players who are using a tool to gain an advantage over others.

Let me state for the record that "I DO NOT USE SCRIPTS", mainly for the reason that I am a very selfish person, I never liked the idea of using unfair advantages to win, because I figured that it would be WAY more satisfying to trounce people using my own skills. Also, because of this same reason, I never gave my password to anyone and never let anyone play on my account (except when I was introducing my younger brother to try this game. I know this breaks one of the terms and conditions, but this was a 1 time thing, plz don't beat me up for it). So then I thought "how would my friend know that I got perma-banned when I didn't even know I was perma-banned". Basically what happened was that, a long time ago, I gave my friend my minecraft account because I don't play it anymore. I use the same password for everything, so what happened was that my friend figured I use the same password for everything and logged into my LoL account and played games on it because his account was in low priority. Since I only play in the weekends, he played on my account during the weekdays and I didn't notice until he told me and explained why I got banned. My friend started using scripts recently and played on my account using scripts so as a result my account got banned. My friend told me this because I guess he felt like a dick for getting my account banned. I sent a player ticket, with a buttload of information about my situation, hoping to resolve the incident, because in my opinion, I felt that I was wrongly accused. I got a response from Riot the next day and it said this:

Your account has been permanently suspended following the use of scripts, hacks, exploits or unauthorized third-party programs in League of Legends. Accounts that are caught using hacks to gain an unfair competitive advantage are subject to permanent suspension. We work hard to preserve a fair and competitive environment in League of Legends. Regardless of intent, use of unauthorized third-party programs is explicitly against the Terms of Use, which can be found here:

This e-mail seemed to me like the people at Riot did not even read what I wrote because I wrote most of the stuff I am writing in this post in my ticket and this e-mail does not address any of that. So I sent another e-mail but this time about me being butthurt about the crappy response that I got and I got the same freaking message. By that time I figured that this was some copy-paste automatic response so how would I ever be able to explain myself and get a proper answer? I made this post in the hopes that anyone at Riot sees this and is able to give me an answer. I have screenshots of my friend admitting to me on skype, that HE was the one playing on my account and HE was the one using scripts on my account, without my knowledge. If this was a smurf or something, I wouldn't mind that much, but I spent a really long time + I spent RP cards on this account, because I genuinely liked this game and I wanted to progress as far as I could, (also I want to feel special so I buy skins in order to hide my insecurity). I feel that I was punished for something that I didn't do and I want my account unbanned or at least something to justify why my account will stay perma-banned, because this is making me really sad. I REALLY implore anyone at Riot to please look into my case. Now I realize that there might be people who might think that what I am saying sounds like BS. In order to prove that these events are real, I am willing to give my skype contact details, information, anything to prove that I am not making this up. I do feel as though my friend feels guilty getting my account banned because he said he is also willing to admit the things that he said and that he wouldn't mind if his account was banned instead of mine.

Tldr; My friend found out my password and played games on my account + scripting without my knowledge and I got banned. I sent a request/ticket to explain my situation, but they basically sent me some copypasted automatic message, which seems to me like they didn't even read what I wrote. I made this post in an attempt to save my account. Please read the full story instead of this.

Says right there in the email. It doesn't matter if it was a friend, he was on your account and you are held liable for anything he does with it. Riot does not repeal permabans (except in cases of hacking) so you're out of luck. Don't let your friends on your account.

You're expected to maintain a certain degree of personal protection on your account by using a password that is not so easily guessed or otherwise obtained. While this situation does suck for you and you can't be blamed much, they wouldn't make an exception (telling them you once let your brother play isn't helping).

They did read your ticket, they just can't do anything for you. Sorry.

Scripting can go unnoticed for the longest of times until you run into players who know better. If it seems fishy to me with thousands of games played I hit report for third party programs n let the Lord riot system determine if they were cheating your accounts gone bro and leveling takes half the time now! Get to work.

Do you realize if they did your account because "a friend hacked your account just to use scripts and THEN that friend, knowing that you don't know, doesn't tell you he knows your password and is playing your game, but he tells you the honest truth about getting your account banned on his own free will knowing that you have no idea?" If I was that "friend", I wouldn't of said anything, since you didn't know.

Do you realize people all over the place would be like oh wait, my sisters-friends-dads-uncles-drinking buddys-aunt-4th cousins-grandpa who's been dead for 10 years-nephews-brother totally guessed my password and must of use scripts without me knowing. Please unban.

They might try to be able to see if the IP is at a different address or whatever or see certain changes. But, if your friend played that much on your account, I think I would notice the extra 3k+ IP a week I was getting lol. I'm just saying.

If your story is true, that really really sucks. Unfortunately, as much as the community wants it to, context doesn't matter. This is why you get copy and pasta responses. If your story is true, I'm sorry for your loss.

Actually, screw this, I'm not gonna just give up my time and money because of an unjust ban. Unless Riot support specifically gives a good reason for me being banned, I'm not gonna give up on this account. I don't know about anyone else but $1000 and around 2 years worth of playing is a large investment for me. Until Riot gives a decent enough argument with evidence on why they cannot unban my account, I'm going to keep asking for Riot support to see this post. It's not like I was toxic or anything and its not like I was too far past reforming or anything. So I don't see why I'm still banned.
