There was a Cho'Gath on my team that literally left mid-game and said, "Well, I gotta go now, so report me for AFK if you want."

Then, he just stayed inside fountain for a good 10 minutes and moved slightly every few seconds just to make sure the leaver buster doesn't get him.

Can you guys please just make a place for us to post the replays, have them reviewed by a rioter or a large playerbase can vote on it(players picked randomly), and just get them banned and the team that played with them like 5-10 LP? Please and thank you.
