What the hell is wrong with lol ? I have played league of legends for over a year and i never got banned and in this week i got banned on 3 diff servers and 3 diff accounts because i said like 1 curse word in chat, riot please fix this and maybe look at the evidence provided before you ban someone this is really annoying as i was honor lvl 5 now im droped to 4 and and i wont earn free awards. ;(

RallerenP1 votesYou got them when you logged on and it told you you were banned. You should be able to view them just from logging in. If you see none it means you werent banned for flaming.

It says game 1 but they didnt give any other examples, i know i said ez, izi but other people are way more toxic and dont get banned

OnlyYouCanHearMe1 votesI would have to agree. There are a few insults, but the majority of the chat is game-related. Unless there was a previous 14 day suspension, I don't see this resulting in a permaban.
Silent Gravity1 votesIf you are consistently low level toxic, you will eventually be punished. If you recently had a 14 day ban, any toxicity is considered too much and it will earn a ban.
It is also possible to be punished for your pregame/postgame chat, though the IFS is currently unable to send those to you in your chat log.
If this was escalated past any of the punishment tiers, I would submit a ticket to support.

Silent Gravity1 votesPunishment tiers decrease as you play non toxic games. It normally takes 3-6 months of regular playing to reduce one punishment tier. Quicker if you're better, slower if you're occasionally low toxic.
The first two weeks after a punishment are very important to stay clean, as any toxicity then shows that you don't want to reform. After that, you can slip up a little, but still try your best.
There are certain things like hate speech or telling someone to hurt themselves that will earn escalated punishments. Since you've been punished before, they can lead strait to a permanent ban. Avoid them in all circumstances.

Silent Gravity1 votesOn the top left of your screen, when you scroll to the top of the page, there is a button called "Explore League" with a little down arrow next to it.
Hover your cursor over that, and a set of options will drop down.
Click on "Support: Get the Help You Need"
That will take you to the support page.
On the very top, the second option is "Submit a Request" click on that.
This will start a ticket. Fill out everything you can, using "I have a question about a suspension or restriction on my account" option.
