So I just played an urf game and after the enemy team surrendered and i clicked on the "victory" button , instead of being able to honor a player, all i could click was rejoin and was stuck in loading screen for a good 10 mins before it kicked me out and i could honor someone.

I tried to learn Aatrox today and league decided that I play with 220 ping (before new client I almost always averaged 70-80 tops). Fun experience
