Can we add a new feature?

I was just wondering if we could implement an ez way of reporting players like after game even if we just join lobby. I just recently got promoted and opted to dodge two games in a row and suffer a 26 minute penalty due to lobby griefers. I don't want to play with people who flood chat with bullshit over incredibly benign shit like they're last pick and don't get the position or champion they initially desired so instead pick a troll champ and grief everyone the entire time in lobby until the game nearly starts. I honestly don't mind the penalty, I just thought maybe this is an idea worth considering and potentially help other players experiencing the same issues.

If this already exists and i'm just blind, then i will just go back to my corner of the interwebs.
