Straight to 2 week ban?

So my account is a first time offense but before a ban theres normally a 10 game chat restrict, 15 and 20 but the tribunal system skipped those and banned me, I assume this isn't a mistake?

If you want to post the chat logs, we can help you understand it. If you didn't run afoul of the zero-tolerance policy, the system may have made a mistake and you could get it reduced.

The Tribunal doesn't exist anymore, punishments are handed out by the Instant Feedback System (IFS). If you skipped the chat restriction tiers, you either used zero-tolerance chat, or intentionally fed/trolled a match. Judging from your recent match history, I'm going to assume it's the former.

If you used hate speech, encouraged self-harm, or threatened other players' lives, then it's more than reasonable for you to skip punishment tiers. Without your chat logs, though, we can only assume this to be the case.

its a 10 game CR and after that 25 games CR. if you used 0 tolerance phrases like homophobia, racism or telling others to harm themselfes/end their life you can skip straight to the 14 day ban.

you should post your UNEDITED chatlogs here, after all it could be a mistake.
