Advice during a game

I am bronze and I get very discouraged when someone gives advice to another player and that player gets super defensive. It happens nearly every game.

Fiora to Twitch: You shouldn't attack the tank first in team fights Twitch: Don't tell me how to play my role. Fiora: I'm just trying to help Twitch: look at my score and look at yours, just stfu and so on...................

First of all, that is good advice. Good advice is good advice REGARDLESS WHO IS SAYING IT. You don't need to be 22/0/22 to give good advice. Just because someone is not have an amazing game, doesn't mean you should ignore their advice. I am tired of players thinking they are superior to everyone else and are above advice. Its like, it is impossible now to help your teammates get better. They get defensive on everything. I hate it. Anyone else struggling with this?

Yes, this happens to me a lot. Like when I would play adc in flex sometimes and my support who plays janna throws her whirlwind through the minions at full charge every time it's off cooldown (taking my cs and draining her mana). I gave them advice to, "save it for engages or disengages" and I got the exact same, "Don't tell me how to play my role", "I main Janna, I know what I'm doing", "muted".

I could tell this person was slightly new to the game, and I really did only try to help them as they bought multiple support starting items. I was trying to help with build, and ability usage. But, nope. I just get some extremely defensive responses and then inevitably muted.

No im not. im the general "no gank before lv 12" jungler. they always think im kidding, but its the most fun to see someone completly loosing their lane cause they dont know how to ward, it always gets me off <3
