"never que me with this person" option

i think it would be great if we had the ability to select never put me in cue with this person in regards to people we do not want to play with, be they team flamers, or feeders. there's a few games i play where we have that as an option, to not have to be on the same team as someone we did not enjoy playing with, i think it might save from a lot of silly reports on players that do not really need reported but just really upset players in game. for some reason i feel like it might lower the amount of tickets that come in against players plus make for a better over all game play enjoyability.
