"I died because I BM"

Normally, bm-ing doesn't bother me in the least. This last game however our team had a malphite top against a teemo. Not an easy lane necessarily, but not an unwinnable one. Teemo gets the first blood on malph, no big deal. Malph teles back in, then dies again. Then in all chat, he says "I died because I BM too much". By the time malph gets back to lane, Teemo is level 5 and malph is level 2 and dies again before hitting 6. Malph then proceeds to do poorly for the rest of the game and we ultimately lose. It seems like every single game now there is someone who just loves to BM and spam emotes.

Could a "spamming emote" option be added for reporting? If someone is reported too much for BM emote spamming, then they will have their emotes simply disabled for a short time like a day.

Before you say "mute them", consider the fact that muting them does not discourage their behavior. It treats the symptoms, but not the actual issue. I NEVER saw so much BM when I started playing back in late summer of 2010 and honestly I wouldn't mind seeing emotes go altogether at this point. I simply don't see any benefit to having them.

I mean the emote is there to show your achievement. It shows that you have spent the time playing that particular champ and have "mastered" him/her. Plus you can't really spam the emote, there is like a 2 second delay after the animation ends, and by then you are playing the game.
