Champion select in ranked and the risks it has

Ok, I think we can all think of at least one game where we had a troll or some guy "who didn't see" and banned our champion. I usually leave the game when it happens-3 lp is no big deal and I win it back in no time, even 10 lp is not that big of a deal. The idea is this-why the f*ck did Riot create this new type of queuing when it has so many flaws. Don't get me wrong-I like it better than the old one, since people actually play roles they are good at and the games are more interesting, not like before-you are last pick and you must go support. My suggestion is very simple-don't punish the trolls or the people who have just made a mistake and banned their ally's champ. Just don't allow it-in the new queue we all get to pick our champ BEFORE the bans and picks themselves. In other words if you pick your champ, your allies can NOT ban that champ even if they want to. Your enemies can of course. If you don't select your desired champ before the time runs out and the bans start, the system can't know what you want to play and all bans are possible. That way people won't be allowed to screw up and mistakes won't be made. Now if the enemy is lucky and bans your champ, that's ok,but the fact that so many people ban their ally's champs(by mistake or intentionally) is just tilting. Not that I can't take another champ I have for the lane.I have 3 for each role with which I am very good and have good games on my level. The fact that my ALLY-someone who I must rely on has banned my champ is tilting and can hinder my own performance for that matchup.

I've been in this situation and it sucks. The only suggestion I can give is to have 3-4 champions that you are 100% prepared to play that game. Never rely on 1 champion especially if it's a champion that gets frequently banned.
