LMFAO when did rito bump the tier one chat restrictions to 10 games

Havent been chat restricted since like season 4. However, my first one in ages its already at 10 games. Is that because i was especially naughty boy this time or just new rules.

Since I believe late 2015, there are now only 4 tiers of punishments:

1.) 10 game chat restriction 2.) 25 game chat restriction 3.) 14 day ban 4.) Permanent ban

So the 10 game chat restriction has been to lowest tier of punishment since this structure was implemented.
