A veigar buying 5 dorans ring and save up for 7k before buying anything. Says in chat "im fucking around" "what can you do?" walks around and feed. Ya we reported him, but I bet he isnt getting banned or even punished. Wonky builds are factored into trolling reports, as far as I know. So, worth a shot.

In the post game lobby. Be descriptive as you can be for it. Mention that he was only going to buy 5 item 1056 and said he wouldn't buy anything else until he had 7k.

There is nothing you can do but "enjoy" that kind of players having fun with enemy team on your expense. If you are lucky, Riot would give a manure, and do something to the guy withing 3 to 6 months. More likely he gets away with no punishment as the majority of players had fun. SO sad you belong to 4 player minority not having fun.
