Unwarranted perm ban

Recently i was given a perm ban after a game i played, it was not a good week and there were 3 games where people provoked me and we all took shots at each other, but the result was multiple reports over a 3 out of my last 20 or so games. That brings us to now, with chat logs showing what i said there is no point denying what i said was inflammatory, which i readily admit but the issue that i am having is the fact that for my first offense i get a permanent ban. In the league of legends community there have been streamers and youtubers banned for consistent toxic behavioir, racist remarks, and intentional feeding, etc. most people would think that the people recording and uploading gameplay would be under the most scrutiny of this report system but that does not seem to be the case, For my first ever offense i get a perm ban due to reports in 3 games, where as tyler1 can go on a toxic and intentional feeding rampage over a few years before his FIRST BAN. The idea that someone can be perm banned for the first offense without hacking in some way, committing a crime, racism, and intentionally feeding is very sad. I have brought this up in a ticket and i was met with basically, and im paraphrasing here, "the system isnt wrong, you're wrong" i have not felt like the support team sees this as an issue so thats why i brought this to this forum and honestly any site i can because the lack of support on this matter is appalling.
