So I played a normal game with three trolls that cracked jokes about screwing people over so I finished the game and reported them. I clicked play again and guess who I am matched up with again on my team? The three stooges once again.
Riot, when I report a person I would expect your algorithm to not match me with them the next damn game.
Because you don't spend enough money on the game. The match making system gives you better teammates the more money you spend.
If they made it so that you were not matched with the people you reported then it could be abused. Like if someone carried the enemy team and you don't want to play against them again you could report them.
This would mostly affect higher levels of play where there aren't as many people though.
I guess the system isn't perfect. I mean one report matters but it may not be enough to punish them. Lucky you, you got to play a second time and report them a second time (assuming their behavior was the same).
I dunno, man. I think the system is in place to fix these people. Not to send them away to never be heard from again. I dunno. That's a funny and lucky story of yours.
Because all a "report" does is flag the game for riot to review. Until they actually get to dealing with that flag nothing happens.
Try waiting a few minutes next time. That is the only way to dodge people you don't want to see again.
