Riot is trolling me WTF

So I never received any type of warning I just got perma banned for no reason... Literally here is what was told to me... Seriously you're going to add a pedo bear too? WHAT TROLLING!? It doesnt even say you're issuing me a perma ban but my account is perma ban AGAIN I never received any type of warning... AND I BELIEVE I NEVER DID ANYTHING TO BREAK YOUR RULES...This IS INSANE am I getting automated messages back from riot... I feel like they aren't reading my messages and that I'm getting banned due to an automatic system that is flawed... Again I received many rude and aggressive comments people saying things like "report for nub" and i believe this is why I was banned. Again I was banned with out any warning... Someone please help me....

Well, intentionally ruining games is about the worst thing you can do. It's not easy to catch, but when it is you can expect to be punished severely. You don't get warnings because you know very well that you shouldn't be doing that, even if you've never read the rules.

The response to your ticket was not automated, but a canned response; they use mostly pre-written responses to speed up ticket response times, but they include everything necessary in that response. Having them manually write something slightly different won't change the outcome, but will pointlessly increase ticket times.

If you feel your ticket was not answered sufficiently you can always reopen the ticket.

This means you got reported by enough players at one time to garner a ban. This means your most recent offense was reported by 4 or more people. Over the course of your gaming, you've probably had many many games where 1 and 2 people reported you at the end, and while not enough per game to ban you, with their audit, they probably saw a trend where you were constantly being reported and decided to ban you longer.

Most of your KDA's, both winning and losing, are atrocious. This leads me to believe that you may have indeed been trolling.
