This AFK System is Busted

I just came out of a ranked where my PC froze and i had to reset my computer which takes about 5 mins max. I re-entered my game ( and won) but yet still I got put into lower priority queue!. Someone please tell me how this makes sense! I returned to game and still get a punished. On top of that a 20 minute time to get into queue??? I understand this is too deter people from AFK and Leaving Games but 20 mins? In order to get back into normal queue iI have to wait a total of 100 mins???[slayer-jinx-unamused] Really that is literally 3 games I could have played in that time. I sure anyone can agree that is truly a ridiculous amount of time. 15 mins tops . 20 is just pushing it. Issues and situations like what I experienced should not be assessed by an automated system but by the players. Let them decide whether i should be punish because a system will not take into account common issues such as power outages or computers freezing which I am sure are so common its about time its been dealt with or at least taken into consideration.

this would not have been happened if it was a 1 time event.

Stop AFKing in the future and you won't have problems with a technical glitch here and there.

The thought process that went into this post is busted. Stop leaving games as KEI143 said and you don't get LPQ. It's that simple.
