LoL Queue Time Punishments

As a 3-4 year player of this game, (currently Sliver 2) I believe i speak for a majority of the community when i say that LoL has too harsh and too many queue penalties. My issue is the lack of compliance of this game to low spec players like myself, the company should realize that a large majority of its monthly players do not have the optimal PC specs to fluidly support the game's heavy graphical demand on computers. I personally run computer in low spec on the client and in-game and yet my computer struggles to comply. The penalties are simply too harsh, the LEAVERBUSTER system you guys have made is crap. It does identify "Leavers" it simply identifies people who have been disconnected which are two entirely different things! A leaver should not be considered someone who has disconnected from the game! A leaver should be identified by clicking the "Exit Game" button when he/she is in game , has fully stable connection with the servers and is displaying unsportsmanlike behavior in game!. People disconnect for so many reasons and yet we get punished because a few leave willingly! I and so many others have technically issues, they should be treated separately from behavioral issues. I believe that it is unfair and should be revised as a system. The penalties are ridiculously long. Why is it that i kicked out of a game instead of the game initiating a mandatory 5 mins pause? Its a much better option than punishing players for not having the best computers to run the game.

You only get punished if the issue happens repeatedly. Fix your computer/internet or deal with the punishments. You put your team in the same disadvantage by DCing because of technical issues as someone who actually just rage quit or something.

I'd say its actually pretty lenient. You can AFK/leave as many games as you want and Leaverbuster will never punish you past 5 games of low priority que.

Having different reasons for disconnecting doesn't make it any different for the four teammates you leave behind. If you are knowingly putting your team at a disadvantage by playing when you know you could disconnect, Riot has every right to take action against it. You are responsible for making sure you can stay connected during a game.

this game came out in 2009, it can be played on $100 laptops from the pawn shop on medium. The only thing that should be different is if you dont have " close client when game starts " selected in options as the new client uses a lot of resources. Takes longer to get to after game screen but makes the game itself run like before new client.
