How long does it take for a ticket response?
I am not going to play til they respond to my appeal, so I am wondering when they are going to respond?

Somewhere between a couple of hours to a day, depending on the volume of tickets they have to get through.
my average was 3 days.
I've lately seen more "I've been punished" posts, so I'm thinking they probably have a large ticket volume. Best of luck.
Have you filled out the pink, blue, red, green, and yellow forms yet? They all have to be filled out properly.
