I really need help from a MOD or a support team player. My account has been prema Banned for having my account MMR boosted. I didn't pay someone to boost me. Someone hacked into my account and played ranked for me to silv 3. Please I don't want to make that account a waste. I have bought over 500$ on that account, I don't want to lose it because someone boosted me without knowing. I deserve my account back PLEASE.

You absolutly did pay money to the person in question to boost your account and you know it.
Lets be real here. If i was a hacker out to ruin some randim guys account i would be losing and dropping the accounts MMR as fast as i could NOT boosting it up the ladder. The only incentive a hacker would have to do that is if they were paid to do that and the only one whos going to pay to have an account boosted is the account owner, which is you.
It just does not make sense. Lets say for example i really hate you. So i go to a hacker and i say to him "i hate this guy. Lets ruin his account and get him banned" the hacker, whether he was paid or not is not going to boost the account becauae thats doing the Opposite of hurting you and your account and also take more work then just losing games and trolling.
So lets face it. You know what you did and now you gotta live with the consequences.
You'll need to submit a Support Ticket to speak with player support and get help with this. Also, as Crow said, account security is the responsibility of the player so Riot won't always remove punishments that happened for an account compromise. You understand account security is all yours to manage? change your passwords on a regular basis. Riot does not even alert you when someone logs into your account while you're not on.
if your complaint is legit, then Riot will check the IP logs and maybe assist you.
but what I saw was your normal KDA vs the 'hacked' and that alone was VERY suspicious.
Sorry bro, but you paid a guy to boost you. No one hacking another person would boost that person and climb on that account, just as another comment said below. It's clearly obvious you had a friend boost for you.
