Does being a K/D/A player violate the Summoner's Code?

Quite simply, is playing for personal K/D/A, not necessarily to win or lose, a punishable offense when someone reports you to the IFS for it?

Depends? Positive KDA is usually good for your team, at least in lower skill bracket.

But, abandoning your team when they need you the most is considered griefing, and that's against the TOS. Sure, you might get away with it sometimes, but repeatable behaviour like that might result in a punishment.

Summoner's Code?

"Play as a team, win as a team." I would be led to believe that deliberately not making correct plays to try to win because it might jeopardize an inconsequential end game number would be, as well as being a poor strategy, would go against the idea of "trying to win the game".
Because you are not trying to win, you are trying to inflate a number. I wouldn't say someone who keeps backing for wards they are spamming because they want to increase their vision score isn't breaking the rules.

I doubt it would be enough to report you unless you did something like refuse to hit the nexus and end just to pad out K/D. At best youd fall in MMR.

Yes, if youre not trying to win, thats against the rules. And i keep my answer vague because the question is incredibly vague.
