I have posted a technical issue happening on the client during queue times but the post was deleted citing "incorrect sub-section"; whoever deleted it wants the post to be under "Gameplay" instead of "Help and Support". Why the hell would it needs to be posted under Gameplay when it is needing technical support or assistance? Seriously Riot? Please hire someone who is more competent on distinguishing core issues.

I have always been siding with Riot but Riot blew this one up. Please please please whoever is handling the Help and Support section needs to better know the difference between a player asking for technical support and a player who is having a hard time playing the game itself (game mechanics).

Its not Riot in charge of moderating the boards. They hire a 3rd party company to do that and sometimes they are a little off the line. They probably don't even play the game.

Though your best bet is actually to send in a support ticket and ask for technical support.
