Banned with no email stating why

I got banned while i was in queue talking in a chatroom. It tells me to check my email when i sign in for more information and i have no email from riot stating why i was banned, i already sent in a support ticket 24 hours ago and i still haven't gotten any email stating what i did to get banned. I want to know what i did because normally when tribunal bans someone they get a email instantly, but i did not.
