I would like a genuine response. Please, will you ever do anything about the toxic players in game? They have been getting worse and worse and honestly steer me, and a lot of others, away from playing this game that I once loved for 4 years. I miss this game, but I don't like to be flamed every game or watch other players flame each other. it gets sickening and just turns me off from this game that i once spent so much of my time on. Now, i can hardly press the play button without thinking "is it worth it?".

Riot has been banning players every day, almost every hour pretty much. Do you want to see a toxic community? A company that doesn't care about your feelings for the game community? Go play DotA 2. Your feelings, your enjoyment, and your gaming experience don't even apply to Valve. Go experience that for two years then you'll see the difference Riot is making. There's a fine line between in actually doing something against a toxic community like Riot and simply do not care about toxicity like Valve. The only rules in DotA, you're not allowed to cheat. Everything else, who cares?

Poor Rito... stuck between people who think there is too much toxicity and more needs to be done, and people who think they are too harsh on toxicity and will actually troll their game in some "righteous" effort to spite them for their draconian rules.
