Shop is broken

Whenever i try to access my shop on my desktop, it takes atleast 2 minutes to load. after this, it glitches out like shown in the link. this has been happening for awhile and i was hoping a patch would fix it. Now, if i use my laptop to access the shop, its perfectly fine, quick load times, everything is positioned correctly, so no problems. id like to fix this for my desktop as i mainly play on it.
